Why Change is the Key to a New and Fulfilling Life.
It is the life I imagined when I was at my lowest point. Don't underestimate the power of visualisation!
Today marks five years since my wife and I decided to embrace change and start a new life in Prague.
After two years of separation, we reunited, packed up with our two youngest children (while our eldest was travelling through Asia), and began a journey of rebuilding our family and ourselves.
We didn’t know how things would turn out.
Starting over wasn’t easy—it demanded trust, vulnerability, and a willingness to let go of the past.
But embracing change was the key to unlocking a life beyond what we could have ever imagined.
Since that leap of faith:
➡️ We’ve welcomed our fourth child, filling our home with even more love and laughter.
➡️ I started a new business organising ice hockey camps in Prague for amateur players worldwide, combining my passion and purpose.
➡️ I launched a kettlebell retreat for business leaders, integrating physical strength and mental clarity to help them find balance and purpose.
➡️ I feel fitter, healthier, and more alive than ever—physically and mentally.
➡️ Most importantly, our family is thriving. Our kids are in a Czech school and playing ice hockey; we live a life rooted in love, growth, and balance.
It is the life I imagined when I was at my lowest point. Don't underestimate the power of visualisation!
The 4 Keys Method became a framework and a way of life that transformed everything—my health, relationships, mindset, and purpose.
I’m deeply grateful for this journey.
For the challenges that taught me resilience, the fresh starts that brought hope, and the courage to embrace the unknown.
If you are feeling stuck or uncertain, let me share this:
Change is hard.
But staying stuck is harder.
The key to a successful life isn’t avoiding change—embracing it with open arms and heart.
Thank you, Prague, for giving us a second chance.
And thank you to my family for reminding me daily of what matters most.
