This post shows how neglecting health drains energy and impacts our personal and professional lives. It encourages small steps to boost focus, stamina, and effectiveness in work and life.
Ive adopted all three: 10 min walk in sunlight daily, prepped healthy meals on Sunday, and adopted 5 mins of mindfulness at the start of the day. I came out of two years of 12-14 hr workdays where I covered supervisory tasks usually covered by three people. Yes, I was compensated for every minute on the job, but I was 40 lbs underweight, severely sleep deprived, and particularly disconnected with every meaningful relationship in my life. 18 months later, with a bit of therapy, loving support, and focused intentionality, I've almost forgiven myself for allowing this to happen to me. Don't be duped, the price is costly.

Thank you for sharing your transformation, Bill. Forgiveness is the pathway to inner peace and mental freedom.
